Oliver has lived and worked in Asia since 2010, leading marketing and communications for some of the world’s most prominent brands. He began his career in Malaysia as PR Manager for The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur, where he managed marketing communications for nearly three years. Following roles in Indonesia and the Philippines, Oliver moved to Singapore to join FleishmanHillard before establishing his own consultancy, Ellerton & Co.

Michael’s career journey began in journalism, where he wrote for leading publications like VentureBeat and South China Morning Post. His engaging articles on Southeast Asia’s start-up scene drew millions of readers. At Ellerton & Co., Michael is dedicated to helping clients tell their stories in the most impactful way. Formerly VP at PRecious Communications, he drove global growth and led teams in financial comms, investor relations, and strategic consultancy. He has advised C-level leaders on issues management, reputation recovery, and high-profile transactions including M&As, IPOs, and SPACs, and holds a double major in Marketing and Corporate Communications from Singapore Management University.

Gab has a decade of experience in strategic communications, working with clients across healthcare, technology, finance, consumer goods, education, and nonprofits. He has led B2B and B2C campaigns for multinational brands including Canva, Abbott, Sony, Unilever, and Pepsico. His expertise lies in communications planning, aligning business goals with impactful strategies.

Shirsat joins Ellerton & Co. with a distinguished career, having worked with top-tier global agencies including Weber Shandwick, MSLGroup, and Archetype, and a notable five-year tenure at Adfactors PR. His expertise lies in translating complex information into compelling narratives for leading global brands, homegrown startups, and conglomerates across business, culture, and technology.

Charlotte is an Account Manager at Ellerton & Co, with a proven track record in B2B publicity and communications. She kickstarted her public relations career at Louis Vuitton where she thrived in fast-paced environment, having managed 11 markets across South Asia. Having accumulated both in-house and consultancy experience, her portfolio covers a range of Startup and Multi-National businesses in software technology, network security, sustainability, fintech and more.

Ariana has eight years of PR experience, shaping narratives across banking, insurance, cybersecurity, satellite technology, and social media. She has led media campaigns in the Philippines, Southeast Asia, and ANZ, while also managing social strategies for LinkedIn and Instagram and driving influencer partnerships across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Jesslyn has 7+ years of experience in marketing communications, events, and PR. She has worked with clients including Liberty Insurance, Genting SkyWorlds, Moët Hennessy, and Silverlake Axis.
