The Account Executive supports day-to-day communications programmes for a portfolio of regional partners. You will collaborate with senior consultants to shape messages, engage media, and coordinate project tasks that keep campaigns running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft press releases, briefing notes, media pitches and social content that advance partner objectives
  • Maintain media lists, monitor coverage and prepare clear, timely reports
  • Support preparation and logistics for press briefings, interviews and online events
  • Conduct desk research to inform strategy, trend analysis and thought-leadership planning
  • Track news and industry developments in Thailand and APAC, sharing relevant insights with internal teams and partners
  • Coordinate with designers, translators and other vendors to deliver quality materials on schedule
  • Assist with budget tracking, meeting notes and other administrative duties that maintain project momentum
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Two years+ of internship or agency experience, although strong fresh graduates are welcome
  • Advanced written and spoken English, with confidence, engaging both local and international stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Thai media landscape and a keen interest in regional current affairs
  • Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and comfort managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of media-monitoring or outreach tools (for example, Meltwater, Cision or Muck Rack) is an advantage
  • Able to collaborate effectively within a distributed team and work core hours aligned with Singapore Standard Time
